Common questions
I cannot sign in
Check that you are using the same sign-in method you used when creating your account. If the issue continues, contact support and include the email or handle connected to your account.
My journey did not save correctly
Make sure your internet connection is active, then reopen the app and check your journey feed. If a journey is still missing, contact support with the approximate date, route, and transport mode.
How do I make a journey private?
When creating or editing a journey, choose the privacy option that keeps the journey visible only to you. Public journeys and profile details may be visible to other Transito users.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Contact us at support@transito.travel and request account deletion. Your profile and journeys will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Privacy and safety
Transito only uses location data while you are actively recording a journey. We do not track your location in the background. For more details, read our Privacy Policy.
